Whether in-person or virtual, we’ll discuss your main concerns and goals
Once we gather your history, we’ll look at your posture, breathing, strength, range of motion/flexibility, as well as functional movements such as squats and lunges. (For in-person, this could include an internal pelvic floor muscle exam if you consent)
Once we determine your unique issue, we will come up with a game plan to reach your goals.
This individualized plan might include ways to relieve your ache/pain, modify aggravating activities, self-massage techniques, targeted exercises including stretching and strengthening, and most importantly education. In-person appointments may include manual therapy such as soft tissue mobilization and massage.
Our goal is for you to feel better by the end of this session, and feel empowered with the knowledge and tools you need to thrive.

Have a yoga mat/carpet and a bit of space so we can asses your movement and see how your body moves
It’s recommended to use a computer/laptop, but cell phone works too.
Good WiFi is key, so we can have the best connection.
Ps we totally understand needing to tend to a new baby or other children.

Most clients benefit from follow-up appointments, but this varies, sometimes only 2-3, other times 8-10.
We recommend starting at the beginning of your second trimester of pregnancy, unless symptoms start sooner. We often see you monthly throughout pregnancy, then at 34 weeks for a pelvic floor birth prep appointment and 37 weeks for a postpartum recovery education appointment.
We, then, resume pelvic floor PT at 4-6 weeks postpartum. Then, every 2 weeks until 12 weeks. After this point, we will asses what is best moving forward, maybe monthly.
We will work together to find what is best for you and your needs.

We do NOT take insurance. We are out of network providers. However, you can use an HSA/FSA card.
