Owner & Pelvic Floor PT
My name is Kaitlyn Kakar, and I’m so glad you are here! This is a picture of my daughters, Shea & Ella, and husband, Drake.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 10+ years of clinical experience, I want to help you navigate motherhood. There is a lack of education, guidance, support and resources for women during this period of their lives. I found this out firsthand after my daughter was born, and I made it my mission to help women like you. That is when Thriving Mommas was born.
I received my Bachelors of Biomedical Sciences (2012) & Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2014) from Marquette University where I also met my husband. I am a Pelvic Floor Specialist and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. I’m also a certified Precision Nutrition Coach and yoga instructor. Needless to say, you are in good hands.
My goal is to empower you with the knowledge you need to thrive during this time of your life. I want to give you the resources and support to not just survive motherhood, but thrive! I can’t wait to help you become a Thriving Momma!
